Our Donation-Based Shops
Alongside our website, you can visit our two physical shops. From clothing, shoes, and bags to household items, artwork and more—every piece is carefully selected and ready for its next story.
Picki by ESRA is a professional social enterprise with a uniquely inclusive model. Our shops are managed by a dedicated professional team—including staff members with disabilities—working side-by-side with a vibrant community of volunteers. From local residents and high schoolers to Reichman University students and ESRA scholarship recipients, our multi-generational team works together to turn your donations into social impact.
Picki is 100% owned and operated by ESRA, a non-profit organization dedicated to social welfare and education across Israel. Our physical shops in Kfar Saba and Raanana, as well as this online boutique, run entirely on the generosity of donors.
*Please note that the items available on the website are not available in the stores.

Warmth for Every Soul 🐾
At Picki by ESRA, we believe that nothing should go to waste. Linen items that can not be sold in our shops still have a vital role to play in our community.
We are proud to partner with local dog shelters by donating:
-
Sheets & Towels
-
Warm Blankets
These donations provide essential comfort and warmth to rescued dogs awaiting their forever homes.
Important Note: To keep our logistics organized, these specific animal welfare donations are collected exclusively at our Raanana shop.
The Impact of Your Donation or Purchase
Powered by over 2,000 dedicated volunteers and partnerships across government, academia, and business, ESRA leads high-impact educational and social welfare projects for children, university students, and war-affected families in the periphery. Every purchase made and every item donated to our shops is directly transformed into social action. By shopping with us, you are providing scholarships for excellence, supporting after-school centers for at-risk youth, and ensuring that families in need across Israel receive the vital support they deserve.
